In a surprise twist on The Bold and the Beautiful, Electra revealed that she was the one who called the authorities on Luna. She wanted her archnemesis gone for good, proving she’s not as sweet as she seems.
Key Takeaways
- Electra called the police before Katie and Ridge.
- She has no problem taking on Luna.
- Electra could be channeling her inner Forrester.
- There’s also the possibility that Electra could be hiding a dark side.

Electra’s Turnabout
When Electra (Laneya Grace—7 things to know about her) first joined the show, she was introduced as Ivy’s (Ashleigh Brewer) niece, a sweet and innocent aspiring jewelry designer. She nearly crashed into Will (Crew Morrow) at Forrester Creations, and the rest was history.
The two fell in love rather fast. But Electra was trying to escape from her past. She had no idea that her friend Remy (Christian Weissmann) wanted her all to himself. He thought he could finally get what he wanted, which was love.
Electra rejected many of Remy’s advances. Every time he felt rejected, he would leak deepfake nudes of her onto the internet. Electra didn’t know it was Remy until she came face-to-face with his mural dedicated to her at his apartment.
At the time, she seemed like a girl who needed a knight in shining armor to take care of her. Will saved Electra’s life and fought with Remy before he was sent into police custody.
But then, something in Electra changed. Though she didn’t feel confident in the bedroom, she felt confident enough to take on Luna (Lisa Yamada), who is a persistent threat to their relationship.
She had no problem with shoving Luna and punching her out, despite the fact that she’s a crazed psycho. And now, Electra smugly admitted that she called the cops on Luna.
Not So Sweet As She Seems?
B&B viewers once wrote off Electra as a “prude” and “wallflower,” who made Will’s situation all about her. She was blamed for painting herself as the victim. But now, they noticed that she has an inner bad girl.
Is Electra channeling her inner Forrester? Maybe she’s relying on the strength of Steffy (Jaqueline MacInnes Wood—who welcomed her fifth baby boy) to guide her through this difficult situation.
It’s also possible that Electra could be hiding a dark side of her own. That could be why she was drawn to Remy in the first place. Maybe she does like the bad boys.
She might become secretly obsessed with Will, especially since they consummated their relationship. Electra might’ve convinced herself that she’s the only woman for him.
A character rewrite or pivot isn’t out of the question. Luna was also introduced as sweet and innocent when she first joined Los Angeles. Now, she has a rap sheet that’s as long as the state of California.

The Bold and the Beautiful Daily YAPP Recap, October 15: Cry us a river, Luna

Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-P
rogram Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

There was something so satisfying about watching Luna cry, scream, and beg for her freedom after everything she had done since first arriving in Los Angeles. From making Zende think he sexually assaulted her to then sexually assaulting Will, Luna has done it all — including murdering two men, locking a woman in a cage, and shooting two more people, including her own grandmother. But she’s sorry. And she’s changed. You have to believe her. She only cares about the precious life growing inside her as a result of raping Will. Or at least that is what Luna claimed. We weren’t sure whether to cover our ears to muffle Luna’s shrieking or cheer Chief Baker when he finally dragged her out of Bill’s house. We know there will be plenty of Luna to come since she is carrying a Spencer child, but for now, it was lovely to watch her be hauled away. And who knew Electra had it in her? Last week, she decked Luna, and this week, she slapped her across the face after calling the police. Electra is not going to take this nonsense lying down and will stand by her man. Meanwhile, this time, Luna has burned every bridge, so there is nobody to come to her rescue — at least that’s what we hope.
