Criticized for Being Indifferent to Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz is Set to Become Ronaldo’s Teammate .NO.1

The European football transfer market has taken a surprising turn as Luis Diaz, Liverpool’s forward, demands a move to Barcelona after facing criticism from the club’s fans.
Many European newspapers, along with reputable journalist Fabrizio Romano, have confirmed the rumor that Luis Diaz wants to leave Liverpool. Specifically, Diaz wants to join Barcelona after receiving a storm of criticism from “The Reds” fans.

Two days ago, Diaz was seen partying at an event in Colombia. This image was considered inappropriate given the somber atmosphere surrounding Liverpool following Diogo Jota’s tragic accident.
Diaz and Jota were once close teammates. Two years ago, the Portuguese superstar raised Jota’s No. 7 shirt to support Diaz after his father was kidnapped in their homeland of Colombia. Many Liverpool fans were disappointed with Diaz’s actions, perceiving them as lacking sensitivity during Jota’s funeral.
“Colombia is halfway around the world from Portugal, I understand why Diaz couldn’t attend Jota’s funeral. I also sympathize with him attending the event, but he shouldn’t have been laughing and partying like that,” one fan commented on social media.
Luis Diaz was heavily criticized on Liverpool fan pages and forums. Prior to this, the superstar had also received inquiries from Barcelona and several major clubs in Saudi Arabia, but Liverpool had always rejected these offers.

This recent incident has once again shifted the course of Diaz’s future. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona has approached Diaz once more, and the 28-year-old forward has reached a personal agreement with the Catalan club.
This news is expected to shake up the European football transfer market. Barcelona had previously been closely monitoring Nico Williams, but the Spanish forward decided to stay at Athletic Bilbao.
Having missed out on Williams, Barcelona was reportedly preparing to target Marcus Rashford, a player Manchester United is keen to offload. However, now it seems they may turn to Diaz, putting both Liverpool and Manchester United in a difficult position.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich is also showing interest in Luis Diaz. It is not ruled out that the German giants, with their more stable finances compared to Barcelona, could emerge as the victors in securing his signature.
