The Philadelphia Eagles may have just won Super Bowl LIX, but they aren’t resting on their laurels heading into the 2025 season. That includes their star quarterback Jalen Hurts, who won Super Bowl MVP for his efforts in their 40-22 blowout victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. And if the team’s new offensive coordinator, Kevin Patullo, is to be believed, Hurts is still improving as he prepares for his sixth NFL season.

After earning the starting quarterback job in the 2021 season, Hurts has led the Eagles on their meteoric rise that has seen them make it to two of the past three Super Bowls. And yet, he may not have even reached the peak of their powers, which is a scary proposition for the rest of the league.
Jalen Hurts Still Improving for Eagles in 2025
The Eagles selected Hurts in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft, and after largely sitting on the bench in 2020, he earned the starting job in 2021. Since then, Hurts has turned himself into one of the best quarterbacks in the league, earning a pair of Pro Bowl selections and a Super Bowl championship.
