Chesapeake Bay, — Authorities are investigating a disturbing discovery after fishermen found a suitcase containing human remains in the Chesapeake Bay roughly thirty minutes ago.
Local police were called to the scene immediately and confirmed that the contents of the suitcase were indeed human remains. Following a rapid investigation, police revealed the identity of the deceased as whose family has since been notified.
Law enforcement has not yet disclosed further details about the cause of death, though an autopsy has been scheduled. Detectives are now working to determine how the suitcase ended up in the bay and whether foul play was involved.
